Watercolor Classes:

Dates: On going classes take place on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - contact me for a calendar of dates classes are being held.

Adult Classes:  

Wed. 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM;

Wed. 6:15 - 8:45 PM and Thurs. 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM;

**Fri. 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM If needed! ($25 per class)

Student Classes: Wed. 6:15  7:45 PM

(with Adult class) ($15 per class)

**Youth Classes: Sat. 10:45 AM - 12:15 PM ($15 per class)  **Classes are subject to change!

** My studio is at the end of the building where the old Brick part is and I'm the first room in the front door!

Since "Covid" times I am only allowing 4 - 5 students per class times. Tables and chairs are disinfected immediately after classes. Please do not attend class if you are ill! You will be charged a fee for not attending class without a notice unless it is an emergency within 24 hours prior!

These classes are for Beginners or persons with some experience. We have fun and it is a relaxing way to spend some time being creative!

These classes are set so that you can come when you can make it. I will send out an email or text each week to tell the class what technique or what subject we will be working on.

1 sheet of 140 lb. Arches paper 22' x 36"(enough for 4+ paintings depending on the size), support board,  (*student pack gets a pad of beginners 140 lb. paper), set of student grade tubed paints, set of brushes - various popular sizes, MiJello locking palette, pencil, brown block eraser and ruler.

 

Paint Nights/Kids Parties: (these have started up again following class guidelines )

"Paint Nights" - $35.00/person and "Kids Parties" - $25.00/person are offered at a date and time to be determined by person requesting the event. They can be held at my Studio or at a place of your choosing. The price includes all materials needed to create a lovely picture - I have several pictures that can be chosen from. Shows: 

Have entered recent paintings in some of the local artisan groups that I have membership with.. I belong to Buffalo Fine Arts League, Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society, (signature member), Buffalo Niagara Artists Association, Carnegie Art Center, Niagara Art Guild, Western New York Artists Group and recently joined the Batavia Society of Artists and Women in Watercolors.

I have a piece in the Niagara Arts Guild (NAG) Member show -"Winter Break" which won Third Place in overall. Show in on through June 2, 2024 at the Niagara County Historical Society in Lockport, NY.

I also have a piece in the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society (NFWS) Spring Members Show - "The Melt" - I did not win an award, but just being juried into the show is an honor! The show is on through June 21st, 2024 at the Artists Group Gallery, One Linwood Ave., Buffalo, NY.

Vendor Events:

Kenan Center American Craftsmen - Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, 2024 at The Kenan Arena at 433 Locust St., Lockport, New York 14094. This is my second year in this show. It is a wonderful show that has been in existence for 50+ years. There are many crafters and artists of all kinds, watercolors, oils, acrylics, photography, jewelry, woodworking, glass, pottery, clothing, metal works and many more! There are wineries, food and music to enjoy as well and a basket raffle with something from every artisan and crafter Come on out and check it out! Hope to see you there - I will be in booth D17 (corner spot).

Oakfield Labor Daze, Sunday, 9/1/24 - Monday, 9/2/24 - crafters and artisans, parade, bands, basket raffles, fireworks, food, etc. There are Saturday activities as well! Downtown Oakfield, NY

40th Village Peddler Festival, Lake County Farm Parks,  8800 Euclid Chardon Rd., Kirtland, Ohio 44094. About 175 juried crafters and artisans from all over the country. Saturday, 9/14/24 10AM - 6PM and Sunday, 9/15/24 10AM - 5PM.
